Your Vitals
First, we need your vitals, the basics. Some folks come to us with very detailed lists of ‘must-haves’. Some come with only a desire in mind. We can make extraordinary experiences happen from either – and anything in between. Your first step in our process together is to gather whatever givens you have already – dates, destinations, budget, etc. Don’t worry if you don’t have them all, we don’t give grades. This step is simply a great foundation to build from. The really fun stuff comes in the next two steps.

Who Do You Want to Be When You’re Away? Great travel is all about leaving the ‘daily you’ and getting to be the person you’d like to become for a while: The more relaxed you, the funnier you, the jump off a cliff into a pool of turquoise water you. In this step, we want to find out who that ‘travel you’ is. These personal insights that other travel agencies never capture, help us create extraordinary experiences. Once we know your vitals and the ‘travel you’, there’s just one more step to creating your perfect plan.
Your Wishes
Okay, now the really fun part. Everybody has those secret Walter Mitty wishes. That wish list of experiences you hope to someday make come true. Whether it’s doing things you love in a new place or doing new things for the very first time, we have the ability to make those wishes come true. Wanna drive a different sports car every day? Wanna shop the top five stores in the world? How about witnessing the Aurora Borealis dance through the sky? There is no wish too small or too big that we won’t try and make happen. After all, it’s your wish.

- Europe & Spain, Family Vacation Happily Goes Into Extra Innings.
When his busy schedule suddenly found an opening, Miguel Cabrera called Perfect Plan to put together an all-star family vacation in just six days. Starting in Paris, then traveling to Venice and then Rome, the family enjoyed a first class experience with every detail, including private tours, available at every destination. A special trip to a local artisan had the family enjoying a unique glass blowing experience.
Midway through the trip, the perfect plan suddenly changed. The family was having such a good time, the Venezuelan born baseball star and his wife asked whether it was possible to stay longer and visit Spain. Barbara Cole not only made it possible, but flawlessly set up every ticket, private apartment, restaurant recommendation and special transportation during the extended stay. -
