“The Body Holiday had phenomenal instructors for everything from spin classes and beach tai chi to tennis and sailing. Our daily challenge was to fit in as many of the awesome classes as possible! Our personal favorites were the sunrise “treetop yoga” sessions and water aerobics.
Another highlight was the Wellness Center, a beautiful facility at the top of the resort property, where guests were scheduled for a massage or other body treatment each day by very skilled therapists. It was very restorative and the perfect balance for all the physical activity we were doing. We also love to snorkel and they arranged a really great day-trip, exploring the reefs around the Pitons, the iconic peaks that are the symbol of the island of St. Lucia.“
