We just got back from a dream vacation in the desert! Our family truly enjoyed this part of the world – Dubai and Abu Dhabi are just amazing. Traveling with 3 kids under 8 can be a bit intimidating but with the help of Barbara at The Perfect Plan Events & Travel we were able to do everything we wanted and more.
We started our stay at the unbelievable Atlantis resort located at the tip of the Palm.
We loved the ease of this location. We could leave our room and be at great places to eat, the aquarium (which was awesome) in the East Tower and the Waterpark (super cool) all within 5 minutes walk!
Next we were picked up by our own 5 star tour guide, Lavio. He was perfect in teaching us so much about the United Arab Emirates, the local area and the culture. Thanks for finding him Barbara! I will be recommending him to all our friends! We traveled to the Abu Dhabi area and got to see some great sites. I wish we would’ve had more time as we ran short on being able to do as much as we wanted with the long drive ahead of us to the desert hotel.
The drive to Qasr Al Sarab was well worth it. The desert resort was AMAZING in every aspect! We loved the Camel Trek and the Falcon/Saluki shows at each sunrise. We will cherish the experience and the pictures for the rest of our lives.
We then finished off the holiday with more fun in Dubai including a tour of the Burg Khalifa, a Penguin Encounter and sledding at Ski Dubai, a great kids afternoon at Kidzania (need a full day there), a quick trip to the Souks and lots of amazing eats at the largest mall in the world.
We are very thankful for the expertise and advice we gleaned from Barbara. We couldn’t have had the experience we had if it was not for her and the team. I’m already making notes for a return trip someday. HUGE THANKS!
